Valerian Root – 500mg
Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) – 500mg

Caution:

Valerian Root produces central nervous system depression. It should not be ingested coincidentally with other depressants such as alcohol, benzodiazepines, barbiturates, kava, opiates, or antihistamines.
